An Asphalt Prep Foreman supervises site preparation crews, ensuring subgrade, base materials, drainage, and grading meet project specifications before paving. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating heavy machinery (rollers, graders, skid steers), enforcing OSHA safety standards, and coordinating with paving teams. Requires 3-4+ years of experience in grading or site prep.
